Course Description:
This presentation, designed for tax and accounting professionals, provides an overview of recent legislation and the economic incentives affecting real estate which can be obtained or enhanced with a cost segregation study and the related data. The presenters will discuss, in an organized and efficient manner, how businesses that own or lease real estate can maximize benefits. Each issue will be covered separately; including a description of the incentive and how it works, a review of the most current effective dates including any pending extensions, and details on how to obtain these benefits.
